We use Google Apps and some users have more than 20GB on their mailboxes.

With Zoho Mail Addon enabled, Zoho, via Pop3, gets all emails from Gmail. Since we have only 5GB in Zoho Mail, and, for now, we don't want to upgrade the account, is it possible to keep only mails that belong to Zoho Contacts? Sometimes more than 90% of a user mailbox don't have anything to do with CRM.

I tried to use filters, without success.
