I have some leads, which are basically many people from same company and I want to create a link (or even better many links) inside each of these leads, which links them together. So when I am looking at one lead, I know there is another lead with maybe some more additional relevant information, which I need to check out (before making a call or similar).
Basically I would like to create some social relationships between my leads, so that I do not miss any information.
Similar case, when I have 2 leads from different companies, but working on same project (designer and construction), which might be my target.
I think there should be an option for this in the ZOHO CRM, but I cannot find it.
