Hi we are very new to zoho crm and are trying to set it up to fit our business better. This would be for a spa type of service where customers come and get treatments or spa services. We are not sure if it is best to use events or tasks or deals to create this, but this is what we are trying to do:
#1 Create contacts that can be filtered by a custom field (For example: clients, therapists, organizations etc) (This has been done already)
#2 Log each customer as a contact, and each time that contact comes in we keep track of their service either by way of creating a task, event or deal or what is best way?
Each log visit should have the date of service, name of THERAPIST, length of session, a grade. The name of the therapist should be a lookup value (Drop down list) pulled from the CONTACTS module and filtered by the custom field noted in #1
(Each THERAPIST will already be an existing contact and categorized by a field value)
Be able to associate the therapist to all the visits and unique customers that have been logged by them (maybe tags?). When looking at the CONTACT module, a way so that the THERAPIST CONTACT can show all the CLIENT CONTACTS she has attended, along with some of the details (Date, Length, Grade)
-When looking at a therapist contact details, have a formula that will display a total number of sessions each therapist has accumulated (Based on the length of session
