How to list order details of lead when i view or edit that particular lead.

I have added entry in leads using PHP curl api. Now I want to add list of orders of that lead using api. for example lead has 3 orders then i want to show three order details in list. How can i implement this functionality using PHP curl api? Please let me know ASAP.
