There's a feature in Zoho CRM that helps a lot in preventing creation of duplicate entries. You can mark a field as unique, which is very useful. Mainly to avoid conflicts whenyou need to create some user with the API at the same time the same user creates a transaction into Zoho Books. This way, ou avoid having duplicates into Zoho CRM upon synchronization.
The issue is that I also have duplicates into Zoho Books. Is there a way to make a field unique in Zoho Books also?
