I have created a template that sends an email to salesperson when a deal hits a certain stage. Here is what it looks like below, and the corresponding email the salesperson gets.
However, instead of it having just the deal name, I would like the deal name to be an actual link to the deal itself, so all the salesperson has to do is click on the deal name and it will take them to the actual deal name. Currently they have to go deals and look up that deal. So ${Deals.Deal Name} is the link to the deal. Actually, assuming I can make a link to the account name contact name, etc.
Template is :
${Deals.Deal Owner}:
Follow up on your deals : ${Deals.Deal Name} for ${Accounts.Account Name}
This is at the ${Deals.Stage}, anticpated close date is ${Deals.Closing Date}
Your last activity was on ${Deals.Last Activity Time}
