I set up a new Zoho email called AverageAmerican@zoho.com.

The trouble is that I typed my real first name and last name into the entry fields.  I wasn't expecting my first and last name to show up when I send an email.  So, I went back and changed my first name to Average and my last name to American.  

Well, my real first name and last name shows up when sending an email.  This should not be happening since that information has been changed.

Any help from the pros?
