How to Make Banner Message Go Away! ("We've made some updates and squashed a few bugs. Reload the page to see what we've improved.")

I am sick of seeing this message:

" We've made some updates and squashed a few bugs.  Reload the page  to see what we've improved."

every time I log in or reload a page it seems.

Any chance you can turn it off?  It blocks the top of the screen and is a real annoyance!
