How to make field from the Account level always visible at the Contact level
Hi, I would like to make a specific field from the Company/Account level visible at the Contact level for our support team. When we take support calls we need to quickly determine if the Company/Contact is currently on maintenance/support. When an individual calls in for support we look them up and associate a Case to the specific person. Is there a way to be able to see if they are currently on maintenance from the Contact screen without having to click and load the Company/Account screen? Basically this will eliminate some clicks and also help prevent starting a support case for someone not on the maintenance plan.
