It great that we can use email templates that can draw data from other modules.

However data merged into email templates from other modules are not url enabled.

It is embarrassing to have to ask customers to cut and paste links into their browser.

URLs and permelinks are basic elements of modern email communication.

Is Zoho going to work on this and if so when?
