How to make one filter limit the display of another filter in a Dashboard?

Hi,

I'm trying to do something similar to what this guy (his name is David) has described: https://help.zoho.com/portal/pt/community/topic/creating-two-dashboards-from-the-same-dataset-with-one-extra-filter .

I followed all replies to his question and someone suggested that Filter Criteria could do the trick, but it seems that this field has vanished on the last Analytics updates.

Please notice that just like David, I can't simply choose which values I would like to display. And that is so for a few reasons:
  1. My data is constantly growing in size, so I can't keep changing which values should or not be available.
  2. My user base is also too big to be set manually.
  3. The slice of data depends on the value of my other filter (if I choose Display Name = 'A', I would only like to see Test ID's related to 'A' and vice-versa).
  4. Summing everything up, I need to be able to both show different data to different users and to provide mutually exclusive filters for them to choose from.

Please take a look at the screenshot attached to this message. It shows the 2 columns I would like to mutually affect each other.

Hoping for your response on targeting my DYNAMIC, not STATIC, issue.
