How to make rules alerts for the last zoho campaign score ?

First, why my professional subscription does not include Workflow Field Updates ?

After, i need to manage rules with workflow every time a lead open or click message send by a (zoho) campaign.

I want to send a message to the record owner to inform him of lead interest.

Actualy in my environment, the field "tracking" collect the status after each zoho campaign.
But they are the history of the 5 last campaigns.
I want to send message only if the last result for the last campaign is "opened" or "clicked".

Can you explain to me how i must to do ?
