How to make web tabs available to non-admins?

Hi,

I'm trying to make a web tab, Mailchimp, accessible to a non-admin.

I see from this article:

that by default, web tabs are available to only admins, but can be made accessible to non-admins. However I can't follow the instructions because when I go to edit a Profile, there is no Customize Zoho CRM checkbox and there is no Admin Permissions section.

Can you tell me which checkbox I should look for instead?
