How to manage an agency where my products are people?

I'm having difficulty keeping track of my "products" which are people. Models, Performers, etc...
Does anybody have any tips on how i could structure my "stock sheet" and view my calendar so that i could have a global view of each person i book? As well as have full track of their past jobs...
I'm open to all suggestions.
