How to manage and segment multiple business data in Zoho CRM
Today, let us see how to manage and segment data when you handle multiple businesses in Zoho CRM.
There are businesses that have different products catering to different verticals . For example, an insurance company handles Health, Vehicle, and Property insurances simultaneously. Each segment has its challenges. Insights and management of data by segment is essential to channelize sales efforts. Zoho CRM helps you segment the data and manage them effectively. Let me show you how this is done if the organization were an insurance company
Create a separate page for each business sector using Page Layout,and manage the data.Create the pages with unique fields for Health, Vehicle, and Property insurance and manage them accordingly.
To create a Page Layout Click - Setup - Customization - Modules and Fields - Select the module - New Layout

In this page, you have the option to clone the Layout from existing Layouts.
Create a new Layout for Health Insurance and add the fields that is required only for this Layout and click save.
Now, when you enter a new record or import records, you will have the option to select the Layout accordingly as shown in the below images.
You can also filter your data based on a Layout and create Reports or Dashboards as well.
