Hi all, I went through ZohoCRM help carefully but I haven't found the way how to manage adressing the contacts by various campaigns. Let say that a single person is addressed by these campaigns:
2010 - Product A offer - Direct Mail
2010 - Product A offer - Phone Follow-Up
2010 - Product B offer - Invitation on Conference/workshop/webseminar
2010 - Product A offer - Phone Follow-Up after the event
2010 - New Year message
It's clear for me how to assign the acquisition campaign to the lead or the contact (set on Campaign attribute of lead or contact or execute "New" in "Contact" section of the "Campaign" formular). But I have no glue how to capture the following development and retention campaigns.
SalesForce have Campaign Members functionality for that. It seems to me pretty core functionality for the "management of relationships with customers" akka CRM.
Please note, mass e-mail functionality in ZohoCRM is really nice. Nevertheless e-mail campaigns' efficiency is currently small and further declines. So campaigns via other channels must be executed in reality and captured in the CRM system. Moreover mass e-mail functionality probably cannot be used as workaround for storage of campaign members history, i.e. set the e-mailing, select recipients, not to send the emails. I didn't discovered the possibility to store the selection of contacts for the mailing, not to send them the emails and then filter out contacts/leads/accounts which are in the emailing.
Any suggestions?
