How to manage Project Group?

Greetings.

How can I manage my project groups?

Currently, I only can create a new group when I am creating a new project, outside this situation I am unable to create, edit or delete a new group for my projects, then I have to create a fake project to be deleted, create the new group, attribute this new group to existing projects and then delete the recent created project.

Can anyone help, please?
