We have many leads and are trying to have our sales team have a way to be proposed the next leads to call automatically.

We do not want to generate a list otherwise each sales person is picking from the top and are all calling the same lead. How can zoho propose a next lead for each sales person and as they are picked up or called not present it to the other sales team.

This would be useful for us as we are mostly outgoing calling customers integrated with VoIP instead of receiving calls.
