How to manually dial out from Zoho Support using Twilio
I have integrated my Twilio number and built the IVR and tested and works fine receiving calls. I am also able to dial out to any account I have intergrated via my CRM using the green telephone button.
My question is - how would I dial a new number that isnt part of the CRM database? So is it possible to show a keypad of numbers to manually dial out to a number? (I do not want to have to create a contact to do this due to fast paced nature of my service environment)
