How to mark email NOT SPAM with outlook

How to mark email NOT SPAM with outlook

I use IMAP for my zoho mail via outlook 2013. When i get messages in my spam folder, can i mark then NOT SPAM via outlook or do i have to use the zoho mail web portal? When i use the zoho portal and mark a spam message not spam ,it move to my inbox. 

Also can you not select spam emails and block the sender, or subject?
