How to mask my personal name so that Customer Care reflects every email sent from that account?

How to mask my personal name so that Customer Care reflects every email sent from that account?

Hi, 

I set up an email account for business where I am communicating with my clients under customercare@mycompany.com. Unfortunately, when the client receives the email, it states my name! So although I'm responding from my Customer Care account, the client still receives my actual name. How do I make the customercare@mycompany.com be the only email information received by my clients?
