We have configured a related list for the emails on contact detail page. We want to have a list view on contacts which lists all the contacts for whom our company has received email from end customer (contact) and our internal rep has not responded back yet. Basically the last email on the emails list is being sent by contact and they are awaiting a reply from us. I dont see any option of writing a workflow on emails which allows me to change a field on its parent contact indicating an email has been received. Is there any other place where we can see this information? Any place where we can write custom code to handle this?
