How to navigate the user to a specific url according according to the options chosen in a multi-select field?

Hi,

I have a form which will be two pages. When the first page is filled, I want the submit button to save the datas and navigate the user to an url (the second page of the form) according to an option he has checked in a multi select field in the first page? Is this possible?
