I need help in problem facing in opening new window or popup window with URL of (.php file) on creation of Lead record in zoho CRM.

I want to open a new window or popup window with the link of my PHP file, when I create a lead in zoho CRM.

I tried it using openURL() function in [Workflows->custom function], but not succeeded.

Now please help me to sort out this problem.
