I created multiple buttons for a module. They are displayed in the detail page.
As a CRM admin I see for example one of my button "Send to approval" but default (screenshot), and when I click on the down arrow on the left, I can have the other buttons.
However, checking my colleague in Sales (also CRM admin), she sees "Send with Zoho Sign" by default. "Send to Approval" is inside the menu.
This is a problem, because other Sales "don't see" that button straight away, and don't click on the down arrow... and complains, obviously.
How can I change the organization of the list, so everbody has "Send to Approval" at the top of the list ? Or what is the behavious that I see "send to approval" as default, but other users have other buttons entries ?
