I have hit a ZOHO CRM limitation where I need 28 checkbox fields for an online form to define a staff member qualification and get that data into ZOHO CRM.... somehow....
I have created:
- 28 CHECKBOX fields in the online form
- 28 (matching) -- TEXT -- fields in ZOHO CRM (since I cannot create 28 checkbox fields in ZOHO CRM)
and I am hoping to pass the value of a marked checkbox (as for example a simple "Yes" would do...) into the matching TEXT field in ZOHO CRM.
In other words, if the checkbox [ ] "Supervisor" is selected in the online form, then I need in the ZOHO CRM Database for that "Mr. John Contact" to have the matching TEXT field "Supervisor" showing a "Yes" in that record.
Is this possible ???...
A few days on it now and though the rest of the form works perfectly, I cannot make this work...
