How to prevent duplicates across Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Subscriptions
We are using Zoho CRM, Books and Subscriptions. All are synced using the built in integrations provided by Zoho.
Unfortunately we have some duplicate companies and users in all three instances.
I am looking for best practices to reduce / delete duplicate company and users so there is only one instance of each company and user across all three platforms.
Does one of the three applications serve as the 'master' so that if I deduplicate there, it will push the change through the other applications?
What is the best way to manage this?
