How to properly manage prospects.
We are planning to use Zoho CRM primarily for managing prospects. I am new to this and would like your input on how you would suggest to properly record information to manage those prospects. Below are the main steps we need help with.
- Scheduling a face to face meeting with a contact already in the contact list.
- Recording the meeting outcome
- Scheduling alerts for follow ups.
- Scheduling contact calls.
