I'm trying to post and publish job openings to specific countries, but have yet to find a way to do so. I've spoken with support and they told me this isn't a feature supported in Zoho Recruit — which I find appalling.

Problem: Unable to post/publish job openings to specific countries

Use Case: We're a staffing firm and always recruit out of specific countries (Philippines, South Africa, Colombia, etc). Historically, on other ATS solutions if we wanted to post a job (e.g. Salesperson), we'd have to create a duplicate job post for each country we wanted to source candidates from. This would look like "Salesperson - Philippines", "Salesperson - South Africa", "Salesperson - Colombia" , etc.

The ability to post jobs to specific locations as outlined above seems to not be supported by Zoho Recruit? I spoke with a support rep and they told me the location fields such as Country, State, City, and Zip Code in the Job Openings form is just for internal use, and doesn't make it's way over to the job boards you publish to. If this is the case, this creates a lot of confusion in the UX of the product. Additionally, if I toggle on "Remote", the inputs for location are disabled. So it seems there's no way to target specific locations with job posts in Zoho Recruit.

How am I supposed to allocate ad spend to promoted job posts if Zoho Recruit by default has no geo-targeting ability? I don't want to spend $300 on a promoted job on Indeed for candidates in a specific region if I'm going to get candidates applying from all over the world.

If any other teams have experience with this or have found a solution, I'd love to hear it!
