Background:

I will be creating a dynamic link in Zoho CRM for each account. For the link to need the customer ID related to the Zoho CRM account (not contact).  Preferably I'd like the Zoho Books Customer ID to be in a field so I can easily create a link.

Question:

How do I input the Zoho books account ID into our 5000 accounts for each account? I'd prefer that the field automatically populate when the record is opened. If that is too slow perhaps there is a way to have it populate itself on a batch basis for all records. Further, when a new record is created I would like it to automatically populate the field.
