I have configured a domain email '
info@abc.com' via IMAP in Zoho CRM. Any emails received on this email address send me a notification in Zoho CRM. I also have an alias email address
sales@abc.com. But any emails sent on sales email don't notify me in Zoho CRM but it does notify me in Zoho Mailbox since they are the same mailbox. How can I enable notifications for emails received on
sales@abc.com in Zoho CRM? Keep in mind, I want the emails to appear both in CRM as well as the Zoho Mailbox so from my understanding, adding
sales@abc.com as an organizational email won't work in this case, would it?
