How to record yearly subscriptions (software, eg Adobe Creative Suite)

Hi there,

I'm looking to record subscriptions that renew annually. Things such as software etc like Adobe Creative Cloud or similar.

Currently, I chose the annual subscription option rather than monthly as often there is a discount available. 

To keep on top of this, I put money aside monthly (breaking down the total annual cost to monthly) to a saver account (also in Zoho Books) for when the renewal of the subscription. 

When the renewal is due, currently I would transfer back the amount as a lump sum to the transaction account, to which I would then make the payment.

Question 1: What is the best way/what have you guys done to code the money transferred out of the transaction account to the saver account that's done monthly?

Question 2: What is the best way/what have you guys done to code the lump sum money that comes out from the saver account to the transaction account annually to pay for the subscription.
