I registered a domain from a Wix account for the free email forwarding, etc.

The process was never completed, but the email linked is now unavailable and we cannot gain access to it. I tried to use the domain on this account, but it says it's already registered.

How can I go about releasing the domain with no access to the account that put it on? I still have full access to Wix to verify, etc.

Any thoughts?
