Hello:

I erased a lot of emails (90%) because I reached the 5GB limit.

I erased some of them in the Internet Explorer,

And the rest was erased in the Microsoft Outlook 2013.

In Outlook says that the mail is sinchronized 

But I stil see that the size is about 4.7 GB ..  It should be only 500 MB 

Why?
