How to remove a domain?

I So, a while ago, I put all the entries in my host, but I ended up giving up and removed. Now I have tried to redo the whole process of configuring the domain to use as email, but when accessing the control panel and then emails, to create an email with the domain that I have set up but as it is without as dns , it does not work and gets stuck in it, not letting it be removed or reconfigured. Someone let me help? If possible, I would like someone from zoho to remove this email, because I have tried it in every way, but without success.

P.S. If someone from zoho would at least direct me as DNS entries, that would help.
