How to remove multiple contact people from opportunity in the CRM?

Hi there, 

We had accidentally added the wrong contact to an opportunity, as the contact has the same name as someone in another organisaion or "account" - however, since replacing them with the new contact, it now comes up with both contacts associated with the opportunity. I've attached an image of what this looks like to give you a clearer picture. 

Is there a way to dissociate the incorrect contact person from the opportunity?
