How to remove the "Send Email" button from any crm module when the record is awaiting approval?

I need to remove the Send Email Button from any custom or standard module

There are two different feature requests discussed in the post.

1) Hide 'Send Mail' button when the user's Profile permission for sending emails is disabled.

2) Disable email sending when the record is pending Approval.
