How to reply to sender of group email using the group email name as from address rather than replyer's email address?

Many thanks for Zoho for providing such a comprehensive free tier of email services! We cannot figure out how to have our replies to group messages carry the from address of the group rather than the account of the person actually performing the reply when using the web client. Assuming we get this sorted out, we request similar guidance for replying from email clients and smart devices
We're using the group for customer service and so do not want the replies to be tied to any one individual. Not quite ready to move-up to a full scale ticketing system but when we do, we will give the new Zoho Help Desk app a go.
We have successfully setup our group and given permission to the members to reply using the group as the from address. However, the replies are instead going out with the from email address of the person creating the reply rather than the group.
It seems to me that there would be a drop down list by the "from" with which to select the outgoing email account. Perhaps it exists someplace else?
Assuming we get this sorted out, will we be able to reply as the group from email clients such as outlook and our smart devices or only from the web client?
