Can You please tell me how can I report a problem with my email accounts? Actually two problems - one with sending emails to particular recipients (we are receiving strange kind of error messages, even though we were sending emails to them easily before few weekes). Second one is with synchronizing folders via IMAP in MS Outlook. We are receiving message that it was impossible, try again later or contact ypur admin.

A was trying to use https://help.zoho.com/portal/newticket to provide more details but trying to sign in I got an error "Error has accured". 

What can I do?
