We have sales execs entering client visits (on-site) in Zoho CRM as an Event. After the visit, sales execs record Notes against the Event, but we cannot get a report which shows the Event Date/Time, Client, ClientContact and any Notes related to that visit.
Custom Notes reports allow us to pull out all notes but we cannot have Event detail included in the report.
Custom Event reports allow us to report on date/time, client and contact, but we cannot show Notes from the visit.
Any ideas?
