How to Reset User Who Didn't Get as Far as Setting up Password

Hello – I have a question I can’t find a solution to online.  One of my users was added in March and invitation was emailed but she did not use the link and now it doesn’t work to allow her access.  How do I reset and resend her an invitation link?  I deactivated and reactivated thinking that might trigger a new invitation email to her but nothing happened so far.  I sent this question to support over 5 hrs ago but no response.    Is there something in the User section I am missing? Usually there is a button to re-send an invitation email but if there is I am not seeing it.
