I accidentally deleted my first campaign that went out today (08/21/18). How do I restore it?

Hi, we have accidentally deleted an important campaign. Can you please kindly help us restore it?

We checked your account and found that many campaigns are deleted from your account. Kindly drop an email to support[@]zohocampaigns.com with the particular campaign name so that we can check and get it reverted for you.

Hello,

You can check the deleted campaigns by going to Campaigns --> Regular Campaign --> From the drop down "Default view" select "Deleted Campaigns".

You can now clone the deleted campaigns which will be again saved in the "Default view".

Kindly send an email to support@zohocampaigns.com along with the name of the campaign.

We'll revert the campaign and update you via email.

Hello Zoho,

We removed one of the names listed on our account; however, from that removal, all of the email blasts and lists made were deleted as well. Could we have all of that restored please? I have also made a ticket as well. Thank you!

Can I ask for help to revert back a campaign? I accidentally deleted an important campaign "The CLS Digest - Issue 16" that was sent on Nov 24, 2024, 10:31 AM EST.
