We have a vendor we are working with. But Emails from our CEO to this vendor are confidential. I restrict for now email sharing by excluding the domain (CRM > Setup > Channel > Emails > Email Sharing), which answers at best.

However, another trust person should be able to access these email. This solution is too strong, butI can't find how only this second person could have access.

Any idea ?
