How to restrict users to access a record in the table

I am making family/individual management application. I want all users to login to add/edit their family/individual records, but they should not see others' information.

Adminstrator group, on the other hand, should have a full access to those people's information.

I am new to Zoho creator. Is it technically possible to do with Zoho Creator?
