When you create a lead you are able to capture the mail conversation between the company and the potential customer. Using organization emails you can send mails from different domains as well. The catch here is, that inbound emails are only retrieved from my main mail account and not the company/organizational mails. 

Q: Is it possible to retrieve mails from multiple mail accounts on Zoho CRM Leads ?

I have tried adding the, in our case, microsoft account to my account (the secondary mail). As well i have tried to add the secondary mail to my account in the profile settings. Both dont seem to work. Any Ideas ? 

In the docu is written that sending as well as receiving is possible, tho sending is the only thing that works.
