How to see Visitor Point in Zoho CRM and how to sync it with Zoho Campaign contact score?

Hi, I am a complete beginner to Zoho CRM.

I am currently an intern and I have been assigned the task of building and syncing the system from Zoho Campaign to Zoho CRM. I have pushed the contacts from Zoho Campaign to CRM and now I want to categorize them based on the contact score in Zoho Campaign.

For example:

  • Contacts with 100 points or more will be categorized or tagged as Warm Lead
  • Contacts with 200 points or more will be categorized or tagged as Hot Lead.
