How to see age by days in a particular stage or sub-stage of closing?
We have our customers go through many steps from Leads to Accounts.
After becoming an Account they go through 6 phases of training and setup before becoming Paying customers. Then many stages beyond.
How do I track the time spent in each of these stages by days?
I would like to know that my Lead spent
28 days in the connecting stage, then
13 days in demo stage,
converted to account. Once they became account they spent
32 days in stage 1,
18 days in stage 2, so on.
Is this Possible in ZohoCRM?
