Is there a way, as a sale manager, to send my rep a comment about an account they are working on. As an example, I see the rep called an account, I read the notes the rep wrote and I want to provide an idea but I do not want to send it by email. I would like it as part of the account history.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
