How to send an email notification to all 'owners' when creating/assigning task?
When I create a task, and specify the multiple owners. I am assuming this is me 'assigning' the task to them and surely they would all receive a notification that they have been made an 'owner' (assigned) to a task?
I'm not receiving any email notifications when creating tasks and adding me as an owner so I assume none of my colleagues are neither (I haven't checked with them yet).
Please can someone explain when you receive a notification and how to ensure these are sent for new tasks and if I a task is edited and ownership is changed or details updated?
