In our organisation we help people from different parts of the world and thus most of our resources and communications are in 2 to 3 different languages.

This has created a higher degree of complexity and there are some key tools that we are not able to use appropriately. For example, we need to translate all the forms, and the form choices and double the workflow conditions to catch responses in different languages.

Now, we are facing another challenge that is currently limiting our automation capabilities. Its regarding Email Notifications. We will have each email template in different languages, but currently, every employee at each stage needs to go and select the correct email template for that step (for example, in a blue print transition). In addition, they could technically move the transition without sending the email. On top of this, they might mistake the email template or send a different language. And this is just the beginning.

So, the big question is: How can we send Email Notification that depend on the contact language? I would like that, depending on the contact language, the email in its language is sent.

So far, the "solution" I thought about was to duplicate the blueprints, and make records enter in one or other blueprint depending on their language. This of course will be a problem if we need to update the blueprints, to make sure that the process is the same among every language, version management, increase in complexity of workflows, less reporting capabilities, etc... I am sure there must be a better way... Also, I can do this for blueprint but not for command centre as we will only have 1 in effect.

So what do you think? Has anyone encounter a similar challenge? how did you solve it?
